Comment: I think we would all like to point fingers and place the blame on anything but the system. Truth is, the system is at fault and there is not a way to fix it with out allowing the pendulum to swing....

A. My reaction was the same as Travis'. Useful or not, they should sell it. eBay isn't eBay when they are acting as an online telephone company and chat service.
