. . . Shattering the 'black box' of traditionalist recruting groupthink and helping companies WIN when it comes to attracting, luring, and closing top talent.  Yesterday's recruiting mentality has been rendered useless in the dawning age of the global economy.  Don't get caught standing still . . .

As the Mg Director or LG & Associates Search / Talent Strategies, I help cutting-edge organizations strategize recruitment operations (from sourcing to recruiting to closing) - in addition, I often lead select executive search efforts for those ultra-elusive candidates that don't respond to Monster ads and definitely aren't interested in sitting on a 'corporate careers website' for 2 hours to 'create a profile'.

Remember: Recruiting at its very core is a game of sales, and more importantly, persuasion.

Personal slogan or motto

"Traditionalists often study what is taught, not what there is to create." - Ed Parker, Grandmaster, American Kenpo "Your competition can copy every advantage you've got, except one -- Human Talent."
